So I was just sent this list that was compiled of the Top 20 food trucks found on College Campuses. Does anyone want to take a road trip!?!?
One truck made the list that touches close to home-Grease Trucks from Rutgers University in Jersey. Basically it's a heart attack on a hoagie roll. Its pretty much anything deep fried on a roll-chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, cheesesteaks, french fries, you name it they have a sandwich that has it. Another truck that caught my attention is University of Washington-having a food truck called Motosurf, serving Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander foods. Apparently there is a big food truck following out there. The menu is making me drool! Let's check it out!
